Our pattern continues to be one of services shared with the rest of the Clays group. There will be only one service per week somewhere in the group.
Don’t forget that in Clarborough church on Wednesday nights there is a time of reflection and worship, often closing with a short informal Communion service. This would be an ideal activity for people who have little experience of church. Why not ask someone to come along with you? The sessions are called, “The Service Station”.
On Sundays we continue to share venues with the Clays Group. HC= Holy Communion EP=Evening Prayer
WINTER SERVICES
Happy New Year.
There is a prayer used in the Epiphany service which we could take into the New Year:
When the song of the angel is stilled, when the star in the sky is gone, when the Kings and the Princes are home, the work of Christmas begins.
To find the lost, To heal the broken, To feed the hungry, To release the prisoner, To rebuild the nations, To bring peace among brothers, To make music in the heart. Amen.
Services continue to share Mark’s time and we are all welcome into whichever of our churches is hosting the service.
Every Wednesday there is a session called “Service Station” in Clarborough Church at 19:00 for fellowship, to question and to grow our faith. All welcome.
As previously, we share Mark’s time so some of his services are in other churches in the Clays group. We are welcome to join in with those. (Please ask if we need to help you arrange transport.)
